In the Netherlands our aim is to raise awareness about the threats gorillas and their habitat face. This is the only way we can provide a future for gorillas. With our education we also want to make people aware of the relevance of this habitat for the world we live in. Education is an important goal of the Dutch Gorilla Foundation. Our hope is that through our presence at zoos, special events and schools we raise awareness about gorillas and the projects we support.
On our website you can gather information about the different species of gorillas, their social behavior, habitat and threats. By doing so, we hope to contribute to the protection of these magnificent animals.

Kids will be able to collect information on gorillas here very soon. For example for an oral presentation in class or a report. How wonderful would it be to talk about these beautiful animals and ask to help them at the same time?
We would love to give you a hand with that! Maybe you want to hand out materials in class during a presentation. But we hope you understand that we try not to send any materials due to shipping costs. We like to use each and every euro to help the gorillas, this is why we only send material digitally.
